Julian founded Legacy Insurance Consultants in 2009 after serving in the United States Navy from 1992 to 1997, where he managed a $25 million equipment inventory supporting a 200-person squadron. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida International University and works with business owners across Ocala and North Central Florida on commercial programs and risk management. He serves as a Director of the Hispanic Business Council of Ocala and as Director of Operations for VetNet Ocala.

Manny Davila
Commercial Insurance Advisor
Manny is a licensed Florida commercial insurance advisor specializing in protecting small and mid-sized businesses throughout the state. He works with contractors, trades, service companies, retailers, restaurants, property owners, and other growing businesses to design insurance programs that protect their operations while supporting long-term success. Rather than simply selling policies, he partners with owners to understand how the company operates, identify potential exposures, and develop customized risk management solutions. He is known for taking the time to educate clients so they understand not only what their insurance covers, but why each coverage matters, whether that means helping a contractor satisfy contract requirements, protecting a growing fleet, or structuring insurance for a new business. Outside the office, Manny is an active member of Dream Team BNI in Ocala, where he builds relationships with local business owners and serves as a trusted insurance resource for the business community. He is set to graduate with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Management in Fall 2026, combining his business education with practical insurance expertise.
